DoorDashing while on Weight Watchers

So I rejoined Weight Watchers (again) last week – finally. I am more determined than ever to eat healthy and get fit – I have been since January. Weight Watchers had a great deal to join back up AND it tracks my macros which I really need. I can do this!

However, I also do DoorDash for extra money on the weekends. Let me tell you – smelling all that fried food makes it VERY hard to stick to the healthy food options. I love everything fried and here in the South everything IS fried!

I would say maybe half the time, it’s not too hard. I just remind myself that how I feel after eating the food (disgusting) and keep in my end goals in mind. But other times – OHHHHH BOY! I just want to eat that food!

I am going to have to get out of the “fat-kid” mindset of just eating whatever I want. It’s really not worth it. I’m just not always that strong mentally. So if anyone out there wants to support each other when you feel weak, for anything in life you need motivation for, feel free to reach out! We can keep each other going strong.
