
As I sit at my desk at work and find myself falling asleep again, I check the clock. Yep, sure enough, it is just past 2 p.m. Every day, this is an issue. I wonder why it happens. I’ve been told it is what I eat. I changed that and don’t overeat and eat healthy foods – so it’s not that. Does this happen to anyone else?
I could chalk it up to the hysterectomy I had 9 weeks ago and that my hormones are a mess but it was happening before that. Also, it doesn’t matter how busy I am either, because I have plenty to do right now and still am foggy-brained. It is frustrating to try and stay clear-headed, especially at a desk job staring at monitors all day!
UGH! Any tips to snap out of this and hop off of this particular struggle bus would be great!
