
Lazy days are an absolute MUST to recharge your mind, body and soul. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia over 20 years ago and in those years, I have learned to listen to my body and rest when I need to (well, most of the time LOL – it’s a work in progress). One can only be at their very best if they take a step back, rest, relax, and recharge.
On these rest days, I make sure I have lots of junk food and fast food. I set the TV to Gilmore Girls (or a good crime show if my fiancee is with me) and a good book or two by my side. I plump my pillows up and get nice and settled and just spend the day vegging out and napping off and on. The next day I always feel so much better and productive.
Aaaaand now I want to go home and get in my bed…..LOL!!
