I generally don’t limit my screen time. I just play on my phone or work on the computer as long as I feel like it. However, when my eyes start getting fuzzy when I look up, I know it’s time to hang it up for the day, LOL!
Maybe I should schedule times of day that I dedicate to my computer and/or phone use. It’d probably be better for my physical and mental health. I look forward to reading others’ answers to this daily prompt for ideas on this.
