Northern Lights

Northern Lights 11/11/25-Manchester, NH

I, like many people last night, went out to view the Northern Lights. Unfortunately, we’re very close to downtown in Manchester, NH so it was hard to see due to the light pollution. Through my phone’s camera, I was able to see a small amount of color. It is awesome to see them.

It was even more awesome in October 2024 when we saw them still living in North Carolina. The colors were vibrant, and I took the below shot over the creek in the campground we were living in and it was spectacular. Nature is always stunning, even in the ordinary. It never gets old appreciating all the beauty in the world around me.

    1. It’s so beautiful! I never thought that I’d be able to see the northern lights without traveling afar, but now I’ve been able to see them twice in about a years’ time.

      1. I know, there are a lot of people who spent a small fortune to go to Iceland and other places to see it, and we got to see it for free.
