Practice More Gratitude

What do you complain about the most?

Wow this prompt hit me hard. It made me realize just how much I actually complain – some days about every damned thing.

This was an excellent reality check for me and I’m going to practice more mindful gratitude and try to retrain my brain. If a negative or complaining thought enters my mind, I will try to shoo it away with positive and happy thoughts.
