Do lazy days make you feel rested or unproductive?

Lazy days are an absolute MUST to recharge your mind, body and soul. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia over 20 years ago and in those years, I have learned to listen to my body and rest when I need to (well, most of the time LOL – it’s a work in progress). One can only be at their very best if they take a step back, rest, relax, and recharge.

On these rest days, I make sure I have lots of junk food and fast food. I set the TV to Gilmore Girls (or a good crime show if my fiancee is with me) and a good book or two by my side. I plump my pillows up and get nice and settled and just spend the day vegging out and napping off and on. The next day I always feel so much better and productive.

Aaaaand now I want to go home and get in my bed…..LOL!!

    1. I just need to try to do this more often. Lol. Well. After I move 800 miles in a couple weeks anyways.

      1. oh god, good luck, the next move im doing is in my box lol, recently just moved and my stress levels were in the stratosphere hehe.

      2. Oh yes, we did it 2 years ago from MA to NC, now going from NC to NH. We are so done after this one!!
